Viniyoga is a unique yoga method developed by Sri TKV Krishnamacharya, the father of modern yoga. The word “Vini” means individual-specific, and “yoga” means union. This approach recognizes that every individual is unique—our bodies, minds, and needs differ. Therefore, a one-size-fits-all approach cannot yield the best results.
With Viniyoga, yoga tools are customized to fit adapt the individual’s needs, ensuring a holistic and effective practice. As students progress, their needs evolve, and so do the methods tools used to guide them.
