The physical body is what is seen to naked eye. The foundation of this physical body is Prana i.e the vital energy. No prana no life , that is the significance of it. The prana disturbances are source of every stress and disease. Understanding and practicing how to bring the balance via the 8 limbs of yoga, is at the core of viniyoga. And that is why Breath is most important.

Viniyoga is a very mindful practice of yoga where the breath is the barometer and it teaches in ways we have neverdiscovered ourselvess.
