Surabhi’s Ahimsa Yoga practice, with breath-controlled movements, helped us find balance between body, breath, and mind. She personalizes sessions based on strengths and needs—my husband and I had a great experience, and our son benefited from a separate session to loosen tight hips.
She takes personal ownership, comes well-prepared, and pays attention to posture details to ensure safe, injury-free practice. Her sessions end with breathing exercises and mantra chanting, leaving a deep sense of calm. Friendly and great with kids, Surabhi is an excellent yoga teacher!
